Section 1. license, not ownership. All photographs purchased and downloaded from this website remain the copyrighted property of Hannabass Productions LLC. Purchase of a digital download grants the buyer a personal use license only. This license permits personal use including printing, sharing on social media, and similar non-commercial purposes. This license does not permit resale, redistribution for profit, or use in any commercial context without prior written permission from Hannabass Productions LLC.

Section 2. all sales final. All digital download purchases are final. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, refunds will not be issued for reasons of personal preference or dissatisfaction with artistic style, lighting, expression, or similar subjective factors. In the event of a genuine technical issue, such as a corrupted file or an incorrect image delivered, Hannabass Productions LLC will correct the issue or replace the file promptly at no additional cost.

Section 3. image quality. Photographs sold through this website are provided as is. Buyers are encouraged to review sample images before purchasing. Hannabass Productions LLC is not liable for subjective dissatisfaction with image quality, style, or content for general public purchases made through this website. This policy applies specifically to general public downloads and does not apply to separately contracted private client sessions.

Section 4. watermarks. All preview images displayed on this website are watermarked to protect against unauthorized use. Purchased digital downloads are delivered watermark free. Any images offered as free downloads remain watermarked, and no request for a watermark free version of a free image will be honored.
